- easy to understand format. a great guide for a basic rebuild to high performance for race application. you may wanna buy two copies because you will be turning pages alot. highly recommend this manual, especially for someone starting their first rebuild.
- Good Info,Though somewhat out-dated

- The info presented is very helpful for the novice builder with plenty of background on what can and cannot interchange between engine models/years.
My only gripe is the actual print and photos look more like copies instead of fresh print, washed out looking, and some of the info is getting pretty outdated as far as techniques and up to date products availabe are concerned. Needs an up-date. That said I do not regret the purchase and would still recommend this book for any how to DIYer. I would have given it 4 stars if not for the poor print quality.

- I ordered this book for my son. However he is a mechanic and already knew most of the things that were in the book. When my husband told him what he was going to do to his car my son told him he really needed this book because it was really thorough and gave step by step instructions.
